CIRP |
The Freshmen CIRP (Cooperative Institutional Research Program) Survey is a
comprehensive survey designed by the Higher Education Research Institute at the University
of California, Los Angeles. It is administered to those freshmen enrolled in University
Success courses in the Fall semesters. |

CIRP Supplement |
The CIRP Supplement is a marketing survey of those students who take the
CIRP. It has interesting facts such as favorite television show and radio stations in
addition to other information. It helps the institution to better utilize its marketing
dollars. |

Graduating Students |
The Graduating Student Survey goes to students who apply for graduation.
There are two different instruments one for undergraduates and one for graduates.
They contain assessments of university services, offices, and activities. Additionally,
these surveys contain many other interesting pieces of information including 1st
generation college student information. |

IPEDS |
The Integrated Postsecondary Education Data
System (IPEDS), established as the core postsecondary education data
collection program for NCES, is a system of surveys designed to collect data
from all primary providers of postsecondary education. IPEDS is a single,
comprehensive system designed to encompass all institutions and educational
organizations whose primary purpose is to provide postsecondary education.
The IPEDS system is built around a series of interrelated surveys to collect
institution-level data in such areas as enrollments, program completions,
faculty, staff, and finances. |

NSSE Survey |
The National Survey of Student
Engagement (NSSE) asks undergraduates about how they spend their time, what
they feel they've gained from classes, their assessment of the quality of
their interactions with faculty and friends, and other important activities.
The survey is administered each spring to random samples of first-year and
senior students at four-year colleges and universities. |

UTSE Employee Survey |
The University of Texas designed the Survey of Excellence for employees.
It measures such
things as job satisfaction, team effectiveness, quality and many more.

Services SCSA |
Concerns about availability, quality, student
utilization of and satisfaction with student
support services and facilities at the System Center in San Antonio prompted
a student
survey involving all students enrolled at the System Center during Summer I
in 2004. |

information available at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and
are intended as a resource for the LBB Performance Measures (to be submitted
by the colleges to the LBB). These data may be augmented, if necessary, with
data available at each institution. Questions regarding the measures or
reporting procedures should be directed to the LBB. Definitions of the
